Haha. You're silly.

Silly Стивен :P
Mmmm ... Photoshoppy goodness.
Name "Stephen" is translated into Polish both ways, as "Stefan" or "Szczepan". I don't know Russian but I think it should be then "Стефан" (Stiephan) or "Степан" (Stiepan).
I must disagree. Stephen's name is pronounced the same way one would pronounce Steven. (If the second E was an A [Stephan], then it would be pronounced as Stefan.) Therefore, if you spell Stephen/Steven in Russian based on how it's pronounced, it would be Стивен.

However, the Russian equivalent (not transliteration) of the name Steven/Stephen would be Степан (Stepan), pronounced st'e-pAHn (with the T being very soft). A shortened version (nickname?) of Степан is Стёпа (Styopa), pronounced ST'O-pah (again, the T is soft).

Ugh. I'm just going to have to record myself saying your name so you know how to properly pronounce it. Then you can introduce yourself as Styopa :D

Haha, cool! Do you mind if I post that audio file as an update to this post, for archival purposes? Great hearing your voice, as well :)
Eww... I hate my voice :P But, yeah, go ahead!
